Patrick Maroney is no stranger to the alcohol industry in Colorado. In 2019, Patrick retired from his position as the Director of the Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division and is considered an expert in Colorado liquor laws and rules. Under his tenure, Colorado saw the most sweeping changes in liquor history since prohibition. Mr. Maroney helped navigate the implementation of SB 16-197 and SB 18-243 and provided key training to stakeholders in order to understand the changes that affected the liquor industry.
